My weight this morning was 182.4

I was really kinda upset.

  1. dont let the numbers bother you too much. just plot them over time and watch for the trend. One morning I had to pee and I lost two pounds from it lol.

    On a more serious note stress and lack of sleep will make taking weight off pretty tough. So just relax and stay well rested and the hard work you are putting in will really start to pay off!
