Threw out 90% of my junk food in the apartment -- cheese, 1/2 opened chip bags, candy, etc...as much as I say "oh, I just won't eat it," we all know we cheat.
Still no change in weight or size. I'm starting to get majorly frustrated, even though I've been reading up online, reading the stuff people send me, going to be earlier, eating better.
Damn. Damn. Damn. Damn.
Oh, Amy. I love you. :) Keep up the hard work. I know it's hard to not see the scale change or see your clothes fit differently - but I promise you it will come!!! Slowly and steady wins the race.
ReplyDeleteThink of this as a lifestyle change and not just a diet to drop those pounds. You'll have good days and bad days. We all do. I've got a lot of faith in you and I know you can do it!
And good for you for trashing all the junk food. That's a big step and once it's out of sight, it will get easier by the day. :)
