Also, also...

I know I say I hate running (which is true) but tonight I made that treadmill my bitch. I ran 1.25 miles straight. And in less than 15 minutes. I haven't done that since I don't know when. Not necessarily the time, but normally I can't run HALF a mile without getting winded.

TAKE THAT, KNEES!

  1. Give the elliptical a whirl too. I hate running but I can tolerate the elliptical. I think it helps a little more too since you actually move your arms at the same time do it is kind of double duty. Just dont be the girl at the gym who is on the machines and has her pony tail swinging 360s. :-) It is a musing to see but I cant help but think they are just slinging their bodies around more than they are working out lol.
