New Weight

164.0 lbs

Keep on treckin'. Haven't really been able to go to the gym because this week is a beast. :(

  1. Keep up the hard work, girl! Make sure you are properly fueling your body for your workouts and stressful weeks - you don't want all this hard work to come back 'atcha! You only get one body - so treat it with respect and love it. Keep on rockin'! :) Love you!

  2. I'm doing my best. Today I splurged and ate nachos. It's throwing my body for a loop since I've been mostly doing fresh food. But I think the biggest thing that's helping my weight loss is I completely cut out alcohol. :( and :) at the same time.

  3. Alcohol is the source of many empty calories :-) People (me too) tend to have a little something to eat as well when they have a drink so it just compounds the problem. You are doing great. Just dont overdo things!
