So I've been doing this workout the last quarter of the Clemson v. Maryland game. So far I've gotten through something like 3 sets. Pretty decent.


I'm not sure if I'll get killer abs. But it's better than just watching the computer screen.

  1. You go girl! :) I've been told that "killer abs" are genetic...I keep working on getting a two pack (much less a six pack!). Let me know if this workout is a success. :-)

  2. Oh man, i feel ya on the 2 pack. :( Top two, not the bottom four. GRRR! But I can kinda see my obliques? It gives my hope that I'm not doomed COMPLETELY with genetics since I've always had a flat-ish stomach and my mom complains she never did. I'm hoping, considering I'm already screwed with the thighs from Dad's side of the family. Yikes! What I wouldn't give for mom's skinny legs!

    I'll let you know about the workout though. I've got it up on pinterest so I think at LEAST every day I'll be doing this 2 or 3 times along with (trying) the 100 workout.
