There is no way you gained 3+ lbs in the matter of like 3 days. That's a minimum of 10,500 calories of overage for the weekend...and I SERIOUSLY doubt that. It's probably some bloat and body retaining fluid/mass. Drink up the water and get back to the clean eating...those pounds will come off quick, I'm sure of it.
Haha. Thanks! I'm also trying to speed up my metabolism by running in the morning *and* at night. I'm not sure if that method really works, but mentally it makes me feel better.
I did two-a-days for a while myself. I wasn't running at that point - but I did cardio and then cardio + weights. It helped burn some extra calories, that's for sure. :) Keep it up, girl! You looked great this weekend, btw. :)
